All attendees of the inaugural Auckland 9s and Auckland league fans

Objective

Working in conjunction with Australian based agency Spoondata our brief was to find huge numbers of potential Warriors season ticket holders at the most appropriate event for the task- the Auckland 9s.

Execution

A team of 6 keen engagers attended events at Auckland league clubs and in CBD and a team of 4 were at both days of the 9s. Armed with I Pads carrying Spoondata's custom built app, we enticed fans to sign up to a chance to win a trip to State of Origin. 

Outcome

We were amazed to discover that across all events over 5300 people entered their details via the Engage team. Our client was so impressed that each staff member was gifted a very generous SkyCity voucher!"
