Objective
Engage has enjoyed a long and lasting relationship with the master brewers at the Boundary rd Brewery since the summer of 2010. With beer like Grizzly Bear with Ginger to the Chocolate Moose Porter, product knowledge and a real love of beer has been key to getting great results.
There is no better way to promote a quality product then by getting the public to taste it! Our promo teams have been given the desirable task of bringing the product to as many of the public’s taste buds as possible in sampling sessions all over New Zealand.
Execution
Sampling sessions were held in Progressive and Foodstuffs supermarkets and premium liquor retail venues such as Glengarry, Nosh and the Koru club. Since 2010 over 500 sampling shifts have been run from Dunedin to Whangerei, sampling over 12 different beer varieties including the launch of the Boundary Rd label, and ‘The Resident’.
Outcome
Our promo teams averaged over 150 samples per 3 hour session, and over 500 sessions were hold, ensuring that 75 000 samples were delivered resulting in plenty of empty shelves and very happy beer lovers.
