Objective
To generate interest in a new development in the borough of Ealing. With the property market struggling, innovative ways of talking to people about the affordable housing/part ownership scheme was requested.
Execution
We used LookWalkers to raise awareness and act as brand ambassadors in close proximity to the development in Acton, urging people to take a trip to the apartments nearby. In addition to this we used three fully branded Pedicabs to carry people in comfort from Shepherds Bush tube stations to the location.
Outcome
The campaign was a great success: The development had 46 viewings over the weekend of the campaign. Far and away more than on previous development launch weekends. The client commented “We selected this media channel as we felt it gave great cut through to our local market. The campaign was a well organised, well executed and delivered great leads.
