Objective

Vita Soy Introduced a new range of plant based milk products. Coconut Original, Coconut Unsweetened, Soy & Almond and Oat & Almond. Staff were placed in stores to drive tastings and sales. Staff focused on customers in the target groups (parents and regular milk drinkers) to let them experience Vita Soy’s new range.

Execution

With various peak times arranged with the stores by Engage we took on the awesome new campaign. Staff worked double shifts, working 3hrs in the morning and 3hrs in the afternoon chopping and changing to high traffic grocery stores around NZ.

Staff handed out 9,528 samples and sold a huge 849 bottles of Vita Soy. This is over 100 sold a week nation-wide!
Being approachable and having the full range of product knowledge helped maintain a steady amount of sales. Staff engaged not only with adults but with kids too (with the parents’ permission). This gave parents the opportunity to see if their children would like something that was much better for them. RESULTS: Most kids really enjoyed it *as long as you didn’t tell them what was in it.
